Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Pulsenox product, including AIDEN, SalesPulse, QuotePulse, DemoTrack, or Keystone KAM (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Service
AIDEN is an AI-powered decision-support tool for electrical, power quality, and thermal diagnostics. AIDEN outputs do not constitute formal engineering assessments, compliance certificates, or work instructions. All findings must be reviewed and approved by a qualified electrical engineer before any action is taken on equipment.
3. Intellectual Property
All software, content, design, analysis logic, prompts, and methodologies within the Services are the exclusive property of Pulsenox and are protected by copyright and trade secret law. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or rehost any part of the Services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying logic or prompts
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Services without a written agreement
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the Services
4. Trial and Subscriptions
Free trials last 14 days from account creation. Pulsenox may modify, suspend, or terminate trial access at any time. Paid subscriptions are billed per the pricing published at pulsenox.com/aiden and are subject to applicable UAE VAT.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to violate any law, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to overload or abuse the infrastructure, or to create competing products based on our outputs.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is". Pulsenox is not liable for any damage, loss, injury, or equipment failure arising from decisions made based on AIDEN outputs. Electrical work is inherently dangerous — always follow site safety procedures and applicable regulations, and rely on qualified personnel.
7. Data
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
Pulsenox may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
